Scope of Practice & Liability Disclaimer
Herbal Eden provides wellness consultations rooted in traditional herbal knowledge and holistic support. I am a trained clinical herbalist; I am not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, or other licensed health care practitioner. I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions, nor do I prescribe pharmaceuticals. The services and information provided through Herbal Eden are educational in nature and are intended to support general well-being and balance.
Clients are encouraged to consult with their licensed medical provider regarding any health concerns, diagnoses, or before beginning any new wellness protocol. Use of services provided by Herbal Eden is voluntary and at your own discretion and risk. By engaging with Herbal Eden’s services or content, you agree that Herbal Eden and its practitioner are not liable for any loss, harm, or adverse outcomes resulting from your participation or interpretation of information shared.
Herbal Eden operates in compliance with state and federal guidelines for herbalists, and all personal information is handled in accordance with HIPAA regulations when applicable.
Privacy & HIPAA-Compliant Video Sessions
Your privacy matters. Virtual consultations are conducted through secure, HIPAA-compliant video platforms to protect your personal health information. All client information is kept confidential in accordance with federal privacy guidelines.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment is due in full at the time of booking to reserve your session. I accept PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo. Payment instructions will be shared upon scheduling.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so with at least 24 hours’ notice to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not refundable.
You are welcome to reschedule at any time before the 24-hour window leading up to your appointment.
A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals.
No-shows or arrivals more than 10 minutes late will forfeit the full payment.
Informed Consent
By scheduling a consultation with Herbal Eden, you acknowledge that the services provided are educational in nature and are not a substitute for licensed medical care. As a clinical herbalist, I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. My role is to support your wellness goals through holistic, nature-based guidance. You understand that all information shared is intended to support your own informed choices and that you are responsible for any decisions made regarding your health and wellness. Your participation in consultations implies informed consent to receive support through this lens.
Service Availability
Consultations are offered virtually using HIPAA-compliant video platforms or, when possible, in-person at either your home or mine—depending on location, availability, and mutual comfort. Services are available by appointment only and may be limited based on scheduling and client needs. I reserve the right to refer clients to another practitioner or decline services if your needs fall outside the scope of my training or ethical guidelines.

Use of this site is intended for personal education and booking purposes only. Any misuse, unauthorized use of materials, or disruptive behavior may result in denied access to services. Children’s Privacy Policy
This website is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. Herbal Eden does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If it is discovered that information has been collected from a child under 13 without parental consent, it will be promptly deleted. Parents or guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's online activity and assist in enforcing this policy.
